Cancellation Policy

Esthetics by Amanda will send out confirmation reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment via email and/or text. A credit or debit card is required on file in order to book an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following policies: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 25% fee of the appointment missed and will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file is declined, any future appointments will be blocked until the fee is paid. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by text at 860-457-1530 or email at EstheticsbyAmandallc@gmail.com Any client who no shows will be charged 25% of the appointment missed and restricted from booking future appointments. Please note, there is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Any appointment past 10 minutes will be considered a NO SHOW, automatically cancelled and a 25% fee of the appointment missed will be charged to the card on file. Rescheduling an appointment 3 consecutive times will lead to being denied on the 4th attempt, and restricted from booking in the future.
